Binghatti Holding.

Founded in 2008, Binghatti Holding is a vertically integrated Dubai developer originally established as a contractor. The group now operates in-house design, development, construction and delivery teams across the residential market, from the affordable tier to ultra-luxury branded residences.

The catalogue includes design partnerships with Bugatti, Jacob & Co., and the world's first Mercedes-Benz branded city. Tilal is the group's first move into a standalone villa community.
