The Greens is a residential cluster within Sobha Sanctuary — a 37.5-million-square-foot masterplan composed around four pillars: nature, water, wellness, and community. The cluster itself is embedded within landscaped corridors and tree-lined paths, set gently away from high-activity zones.
Three home formats are released in this phase: Garden Villa townhouses (4-bedroom), Courtyard Villa twin villas (5-bedroom), and a limited collection of Estate Villas (4, 5 & 6-bedroom) — only 158 villas in the entire estate tier.
Daily life is supported by a 1-million-square-foot Wellness Garden, a 9-kilometre wellness loop, a 5-kilometre leisure loop, and a 20-kilometre cycling network, with on-demand drone delivery across the entire community.
The community is shaped around four organising principles. Each is woven through both the masterplan and the lived day — from the path you take to your front door, to the shared spaces you return to in the evening.
