№ 01 · The Project

Where serenity finds its home.

The Greens is a residential cluster within Sobha Sanctuary — a 37.5-million-square-foot masterplan composed around four pillars: nature, water, wellness, and community. The cluster itself is embedded within landscaped corridors and tree-lined paths, set gently away from high-activity zones.

Three home formats are released in this phase: Garden Villa townhouses (4-bedroom), Courtyard Villa twin villas (5-bedroom), and a limited collection of Estate Villas (4, 5 & 6-bedroom) — only 158 villas in the entire estate tier.

Daily life is supported by a 1-million-square-foot Wellness Garden, a 9-kilometre wellness loop, a 5-kilometre leisure loop, and a 20-kilometre cycling network, with on-demand drone delivery across the entire community.

№ 02 · The Philosophy

Four layers of wellbeing.

The community is shaped around four organising principles. Each is woven through both the masterplan and the lived day — from the path you take to your front door, to the shared spaces you return to in the evening.

Pillar 01

Nature

~50% of the community is open and green space, anchored by an 800,000 sqft central park and 50,000 trees throughout. Forest walks and shaded trails connect botanical gardens to sensory landscapes.

Pillar 02

Water

Water shapes the atmosphere across Sanctuary — a sequence of pools, hydrotherapy facilities, saunas, steam rooms, and a beach lagoon with a lazy river form the community's wellness spine.

Pillar 03

Wellness

A 9km Wellness Loop and a 5km Leisure Loop are built into the masterplan. A 1-million-square-foot Wellness Garden serves as the daily anchor for movement, recovery, and unhurried mornings.

Pillar 04

Community

The Sanctuary Mall, social club, F&B promenade, farmers' market, sports courts, and family zones are designed as walkable destinations — daily life within ten minutes of the front door.
