Mercedes-Benz Places · Binghatti City is the first residential community globally to carry the Mercedes-Benz name. Twelve towers, drawn from the design language of the brand's concept vehicles, share a single masterplanned plinth in Nad Al Sheba.
Each tower carries the identity of a specific Mercedes-Benz vision: Vision Iconic, Project Maybach, Vision Maybach Ultimate Luxury, Vision Maybach 6, Mercedes-Benz AMG Vision, Vision AVTR, Vision Simplex, and Vision One-Eleven.
Unit mix spans studios from approximately 361 sqft through 5-bedroom duplex sky residences exceeding 3,776 sqft. Every residence is finished to the co-developed Mercedes-Benz × Binghatti specification.
Each tower carries the name of a specific Mercedes-Benz concept vehicle, with unit counts, plot sizes, and typical floor plates disclosed below. Allocations, pricing tiers and launch-phase availability are managed directly through Haroon.
Every resident has access to the full amenity programme, delivered to the co-branded Mercedes-Benz × Binghatti standard. Building-level wellness, concierge, and food & beverage are complemented by the 12-acre Grand Promenade, the project's shared civic space.
The project's central 12-acre landscaped space activates the podium with retail, cafés and outdoor programme across its length. Twelve distinct zones carry dining, play, wellness, culture and community functions, blurring the line between lobby, street and park.
Founded in 2008, Binghatti Holding is a vertically integrated Dubai developer originally established as a contractor. The group now operates in-house design, development, construction and delivery teams across the full residential market, from affordable housing to ultra-luxury branded residences.
The group's design-led catalogue includes past collaborations with Bugatti, Jacob & Co., and now the first Mercedes-Benz branded city.
